Miami asks different things of a Porsche depending on where you live. A 911 with the roof open on the MacArthur Causeway is a different job from a Cayenne on Old Cutler Road school runs. Most people leasing a Porsche here fit one of three patterns.

Season matters. The dry months, roughly December through April, are prime top-down time on Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and the Rickenbacker out to Key Biscayne. Hurricane season runs June through November, so a short 911 term followed by a Cayenne or Macan can make sense. Covered parking in a Brickell or Edgewater garage suits any of them; South Beach street parking suits a Macan better than a new 911.
